Ogis Law Office collects your personal data when you share it directly with Ogis Law Office, through automatic means or other sources, such as third-party platforms.

Ogis Law Office is collecting and processing your personal data solely in order to perform and fulfill its legal obligations relating to your service relations with Ogis Law Office.

In accordance with Article 7/f.1. of the Law, once the purposes for processing the data no longer exist and/or upon expiration of the legal retention periods during which we are obliged to retain your personal data, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

  1. What are your rights arising out of the Law?

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, to the extent Ogis Law Office is processing your data as a data controller, you have the following rights:

  • learn whether any of your personal data is subject to processing;
  • request information regarding the processing activities;
  • learn the purposes for processing;
  • know local and foreign third persons if, and to whom, personal data are transferred;
  • to request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately;
  • request deletion or destruction of personal data if the purposes for processing no longer exist;
  • request notification of deletion or correction to third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
  • object to negative consequences which arise as a result of processing of personal data by automatic means; and
  • request indemnification if you suffer damage as a result of illegal processing of your personal data.

The requests found in your application will be resolved as soon as possible according to the nature of your request and within thirty days at the latest.
